Our specialities and success include the following areas:
Weight loss
Almost every client we train has a weight loss goal of some degree. We work with all clients to ensure that they have a balance in their lifestyle between calories they consume and those they burn with the goal of achieving a deficit between the two.
To burn 1lb of fat a client will need a deficit of 3,500 calories so we put a plan together to achieve this. We typically work on losing a 1-2lb a week as an achievable, sustainable and healthy way to lose weight.
This is achieved through reducing the volume and changing the balance of calories consumed and increasing in sensible increments the volume and intensity of exercise. We work with you to find the exercises that you enjoy and work for you.
The key tools we use to achieve this are a Food Diary, education, know how, goal setting and motivation.

Run, Cycle and Triathlon performance training
Running, Cycling and Triathlon are passions and coaching specialities of our training team. We have coached hundreds of clients to improve their performance in running, swimming and triathlon. We always start with a consultation and agree goals to train for. We have trained clients of all abilities to run every distance from 5k to marathon and to cycle for Triathlon, Time Trials, Sportives and Charity Rides.

Injury Rehabilitation
We have trained clients to prepare and rehabilitate from a number of injuries and operations in order to minimise pain and speed recovery to full fitness. This has included knee replacement surgery, broken collarbones, hip replacements and Achilles tendon operations.

Simon researched knee replacements and devised a programme prior to the operation that strengthened and stretched my knee and after has rehabilitated the knee such that it/I was signed off after six months instead of usual twelve as it/I had made such a good recovery. Our proven personal training process starts with a free consultation where we listen to what you want to achieve, what you’ve achieved in the past, what you like doing and what you don’t. We look at your injuries and any medical conditions, your posture and your personality, oh and what you eat and drink!
We then put together a bespoke plan as to how we can inspire you to achieve your goals, to suit your time, budget and lifestyle.
We start by assessing your health, fitness, strength, posture and flexibility. We then regularly measure against this so that you can track your progress.

Our Personal Training team ensure that each session is designed for you, guaranteeing you get the most out of your session. Each session will be different but you will:

We have a mobile personal training service enabling us to train you at your home, local park or at Gym locations.
Some of our most popular training locations at the moment are Hampton Pool where we have use of the Gym facility, St Margaret's where we use Movement 3 one of the UK's leading Personal Training studios, Bushy Park, Richmond Park, along the riverside from Kingston to Chiswick, Turnham and Acton Greens, Hyde Park, Battersea Park, Clapham Common and clients' homes across our training areas.
